Returns and Refunds

We want you to be confident when you shop with PEAQ. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

30 Day Return Window

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• With tags still attached

We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, damage or strong scents.

 

How to Start a Return

Email us at sales@wearepeaq.co.uk with:

• Your name

• Order number

• The item(s) you want to return

We will reply with the return address and next steps.

 

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or colour, let us know when you email us. If the item is in stock, we will arrange an exchange once the original item has been received.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow a few working days for the money to show in your account, depending on your bank.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order. In those cases, we will cover the return cost.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at sales@wearepeaq.co.uk and we will sort it as a priority.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Underwear

• Socks

• Water bottles
