Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your PEAQ gear. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached. Items must be in resalable condition.
How to Return
Email us at sales@wearepeaq.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including postage costs.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
