Our standard turnaround time is 3 to 4 weeks from design approval.

2. What materials are available?

We offer Interlock, 3T Mesh, Panel (a blend of both) and a wide range of other performance fabrics.

3. Can you create fully custom designs?

Yes, every kit is completely custom and made to your exact requirements.

4. Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Our MOQ is 10 items, but we can be flexible depending on your needs.

5. Can I order samples?

Yes, we have sample sizes available from Small up to 3XL.

6. How do I start a custom kit order?

7. Are names, numbers and sponsors included?

Yes, all customisation is included at no extra cost.

8. Do you ship across the UK?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the UK and can also ship internationally.

9. Can you match my current team colours?

Yes, we can match your existing colours accurately.

10. What sizes do you offer?

Kids sizes run from YXS to YXXL, and adult sizes from XS to 4XL.

11. Do you offer training wear as well as kits?

Yes, we provide a full range of custom training wear.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We send an invoice with a secure payment link, and we also accept credit card payments.

13. What if I need to make changes to the design?

No problem — we send design proofs and test prints so you can approve everything before production begins.

14. Do you offer discounts for team orders?

Yes, we offer discounts when ordering both home and away kits together.

15. How should I wash and care for my kit?

Wash at 30° and avoid tumble drying or using bleach to keep your kit looking its best.
